Welcome to the website of Aimma Health Care Service. By accessing our website, using our online booking platform, or scheduling our home care and healthcare staffing services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Geographic Limitation of Service

Aimma Health Care Service is a regional provider operating strictly within the Province of Ontario, Canada.

• Our home care, live-in personnel, respite care, friendly visits, and transportation services are only available to clients physically located in Ontario.

• Our virtual telemedicine and online consultation services are restricted only to residents of Ontario.

• We do not provide nationwide healthcare services or staffing solutions outside of Ontario at this time.

2. Online Bookings and Scheduling

• Appointments: All bookings made through our website form are subject to practitioner availability and scheduling confirmation. A booking request does not constitute a guaranteed service until confirmed by our team.

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a home visit or online consultation, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

• Operating Hours: Our standard services are scheduled during our operating hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) and Saturdays (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM). [1]

3. Insurance and Payments

• Payment Responsibility: Clients are responsible for all fees associated with the booked services.

• Health Insurance: While we accept most major health insurance plans available in Ontario, it is the client's responsibility to verify coverage limits with their specific insurance provider prior to booking.

4. Medical Disclaimer
